We lived at Brazos Point for 2 yrs. Christina has been the manager for that time. She helped me work through a financial/personal problem last year and has always taken care of our maintenance requests in a timely manner. Don't know about past years experience with the property or management, but over the past 2 yrs living here has been great and our expectations were met in every way.
