I lived here for a year and never had a problem with management until I moved out. The leasing agent that did the courtesy walk through told me everything looked great and I just needed to change 2 lightbulbs and dust the tops of the fans. I find out a month later when my parents got a bill for upwards of $750 that I was charged for having an unauthorized pet..which i NEVER had. Not only was I charged for a pet deposit, I was charged for new carpet. The manager told my mother she could investigate and ask neighbors and all if they ever saw me with a dog, but she would not do it, and also that my mom was a bad parent for helping me clean my apartment when i moved out. The apartment was SPOTLESS and was in better shape when I moved out that it was when I moved in. The manager was also mad that we called the head office the day we received the bill because nobody would answer the phone at the complex in the middle of the afternoon because they were running personal errands.
Also, she told my mom that she had been in my unit numerous times and could tell you where every piece of furnature was, which is scary, because they are supposed to leave a note everytime they came in, and i got very few notes. I also had a serious bug problem

Also, I had a neighbor that played his music loud enough that when I was on the phone, whoever was on the other line could hear the music through the walls, and I could hear my other neighbor having "relations" and talking on the phone also. Lastly, I personally think $500 is a bit much for a 1 bed 1 bath that is in such bad condition BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq
