The Brookwood apartments are not the best place to live in the CS area, you can tell that at the first look. But they are reasonably priced for the size of the apartment itself. AND, my favorite part is that the kitchen area in these apartments is about 4 or 5 times larger than any other apartment complex in the area offers, almost all the 2/2's have a FULL sized kitchen.
