I moved in here in the last year.. It was very disappointing... And ownership changed, manager changed, everything changed.. No Loud music, No Loitering, No Trash, No Crime, Manager on patrol..
We had a single lazy half time maintanance, and now thhere are at least 3 maintanance staff on duty.
Apartmants are quite large, very affordable, has perfect location, next to shopping center and park, and hiking route..
I regretted renting here, now, I love it..

you're lucky, I have drug dealers that love to blare thier music next to me, any my complaints have been ignored.
