it is actaully not an apartment but more like a hotel. the people that manage the place are very rude and pick residents to be nice to... Dont live here, it is a huge headache. On check out day i turned in my keys and had a walk through in order to make sure that i could get the $350 deposit back...well about 2 months later i recieved a check for $80. Thinking that it was just a check for something else they owed me i didnt mention it to my parents. When my mom and dad finally realized that it was way past the time that they sould be getting back the deposit, they made a phone call. The management told them that i didnt turn in my keys and that they had charged me $160 bucks for them. I signed a sheet on the day of move out saying that i had turned in my keys. there is proof that i turned in my keys but they still wont refund the money. the people there are extremely un-cooperative and rude. My parents payed almost $1,000 a month for rent and i didnt even have my own bathroom (which wasnt really a problem). You pay like 50 bucks per square foot of your room and its not really worth the money... save your money...live somewhere else... also, while i was living there, i had my bike stolen from the designated bike area. which is patroled by cameras. There is also a patrol officer who could have prevented it but he was too busy inside behind the desk flirting with one of the C.A's. Im sure his pay check comes out of the rent you pay...It is absoloutly rediculous.
