At first the Callaway House looks great! But after my first semester there I believe it has to be one of the worst places to live. You pay way to much for what you get, and the place could not be more of a let down. The management is more then horrific and they always try to find a way to stiff you. maintenance is great if you have a problem they are pretty good at fixing it. The cafe is nice if you like eating the same thing every day. Heath Hines the head Manager of the place is rude and unfriendly. Doing your laundry is a hassle. The walls in the rooms are very thin and you have no problem hearing your neighbors. The furniture is cheap and uneventful. The mattresses are hard and no where near comfortable. The hallways are destroyed on the regular basis. The security seems nice but if you come in after 9 pm you feel like your going through airport security. The fire alarms are pulled regularly so if you want a good night sleep forget about it! Life at the Callaway House is a pain overall don't live there
