WHY WOULD SOMEONE WASTE THIS CRAZY AMOUNT OF MONEY FOR A PLACE NEXT TO RAILROAD TRACKS. tHEY GET ABOUT $3200/MO FOR A 4BR UNIT. OH IT DOES COME WITH A MEAL TICKET,POOL AND GAMEROOM. THINGS YOU DONT NEED IF YOUR STUDYING. YOU CAN GET THE WHOLE 4BR 4 BA AT UNIVERSITY PLACE CONDOS FOR $1200-1300 A MONTH. THAT WOULD LEAVE YOU WITH AN EXTRA $2000 A MONTH THAT YOU COULD GET A GYM MEMBERSHIP AND BUY A LOT OF FOOD. AND YOU WOULDN'T HAVE THE HIGH SCHOOL PRINCIPLE LOOKING OVER YOU CONSTANTLY. CALLAWAY HOUSE IS A STUPID MOVE.
CALLAWAY VILLAS IS THE SAME. MAKING MILLIONS BY TAKING ADVANTAGE OF OUR COLLEGE STUDENTS. I AM A PARENT WHO HAS CHECKED THESE OUT AND THEY ARE INSANE OVER THERE.

I am sure that this apartment would love to opportunity to figure out why you feel this way. As a freshman, statistics show that freshman do not do well when not around a dorm like environment for their first year. You are welcome to feel that an apartment is right for your son/daughter for the second year and beyond. I will refuse to believe that facilities like these do not assist those that are willing to get over themselves and enjoy the good things that a place like this can provide I just cant help but think that you own a condo at university place and are trying to find a way to rent it. Interesting how easy it is to write something negative especially with an agenda.

No, I dont own there but will be leasing there. Read the reviews (not just on this site), talk to students. I've only found a very few who have liked it there. It's just nuts to give that kind of money away for nothing special except the same old repeated meals at quadruple the price.
