Well this is probably the most upscale living place there is. The positives are maintance is wonderful.. any time you have a problem they really do fix it immediately... plus the place is pretty brand new...the food is ok, sometimes good selection.. new fitness area but ALWAYS crowded... its right on the bus stop... now the negatives... i live on the first floor and i can hear EVERYTHING!!!.. i get soo pissed at night cuz my nieghbors will be loud as hell!... you can have all the parties you want here because the RA's will drink with you!...This place is good for someone who is stuck up and is still obsessed with highschool because thats what is feels like here.. Manager is useless... hes full of ---- but the staff is great.. you pay by the person which is nice... so in all its a pretty good place but its just not for me... ooo and VERY pricy.

I feel that this is one of the best places to live in College Station. As far as the manager being useless this is probably the only place where you can knock on a managers door at 3am in the morning with a problem and he would do his best to fix the problem right then, not the next morning. Amenities are awesome, its almost like a resort. As far as the price goes it seems a little more but its really not. Once you add all the cost of bills, rent, deposits, food, etc. it comes out to be very comparable. If you want a cheap car you buy a KIA, if you want a luxory car you buy a Lexus or BMW. See where I'm going... Anyway I just had to say my part because I love it here...

--------! "You had to say your part cause you love it here?" It's obvious you work for/own/manage the place. Consumer loyalty is an uncharming fairytale. In defense of the Cambridge, it has lovely services including great RA's, food service, a housekeeping staff, and maintenance. Against it, unless you have an eating disorder or a tiny prick and a disproportionately large ego you will not fit in here. Give up hope and find a real apartment. The cambridge is a guilded cage for the self-destructive daddy's girl in all of us-- the social experiment from hell. Also, the manager checks out the chicks that live there.... creepy ---- dudes. PS "traeh03," "luxury" is spelled with two "u"s, GIG 'EM!
