Apt's new name- University Park; should be named- Trash Park. The worst (well, one of the worst) thing about this apt. is the management. We never got anything fixed/repaired until at least 3 days after we put in the first request & had to put in the request on 2 seperate occasions. This included the time our A/C broke and the apt averaged around 90-95 degrees for several days. Another thing about the A/C- you don't control when you get A/C and when you can turn on the heater, so sometimes it'll be 40 outside and there's no heat or 90 outside and no A/C. The work-out facility is a joke- treadmills, etc. don't work. The pools are always filthy, so no swimming. There was terrible mold in our A/C ducts and vents, so my roommates & I, as well as our neighbors were sick all year. When we asked them to clean out the mold (before we even moved in & repeatedly throughout the year), they spray painted the vent covers to cover up the green-gray-yellow- colors and insisted there wasn't mold anymore--yeah right! The place was crappy and cheap overall, and we had lots of scary neighbors. DO NOT live there! It may seem like a bargain at first, but you'll find out in the first month that you made a HUGE mistake!
