These construction people start at 7:30 a.m. and dont leave until 5:00 p.m. All day long its bumping, drilling, hammering, JUST PLAIN LOUD and rudeness. They park in tenant spaces, so you have to park nowhere near your door. If you complain they get louder. My air conditioner has been broke for 2 weeks now and no one has come to fix it. The roaches is extremely bad the HUGE ones and small ones. It seems like somebody brought a tub full and let them loose. I have rat droppings in my food closet. Parking lot has garbage everywhere. The ants swarm your inside window legde (flying ants also). The appliances are outdated. I have to connect wires together to start my dishwasher. They will turn your water off with no warning to do repairs. Sometimes it could be off from 9:00a.m.- 5:00 p.m. When they turn it back on its brown for a few minutes. BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! Maybe after the construction the ratings will probably go up, but for now I've been skrewed.
