I don't know how these people can say they liked living there. Because i didn't and i'll tell you why. And i'm not trying to be bias just give you the facts of what i went through. I ended up only signing with them to take over someones lease because i didn't need to renew a lease for another 12 months and the lease i ended up taking was for 8 months.


The bad Side:
Parking Sucks. You gotta get home early or never leave because chances are when night time comes you will have to park at Fuddruckers like i did. My advice is to just pretend one night and see if you can park close to your place.

Old appliances. Our kitchen wasn't remodeled and didn't have a microwave. It must of been one of the forgotten apartments. And talk about no place to store your food. Since their was 3 roommates i seriously had no room for my food. So just be forewarned. I ended up getting a small micro fridge because i couldn't fit beer or FOOD anywhere else. But Beer is more important right'

Rent: From what i was told from my roommates was that the reason they liked it so much before was it was CHEAP and all bills paid. But then they started to increase rent fees because of new management.

Internet Speed is SLOW- but i guess you get what you pay for because its included in your rent.

AC went out 4 times and its centralized meaning you don't have any control. And it couldnt have gone out at the wrong times. When we had some people over 2x it went out for graduation and ring dunking.

The place didn't seem safe with some ghetto neighbors that had what appeared to be a drug bust. But thats like really rare. But just watch for people lurking at night near the road .. like they are waiting for something.

Talk about no landscaping. Its just rocks and trees.

It was quiet for the most part but a few times the kids upstairs were running around. Didnt bother me really just thought i would mention it.

So if your getting a good rate and one of the remodeled units... i could see being here other wise shop around.
