I was lucky to be in a unit that had all new appliances and cabinets as well as carpet. There were at times roaches, but I put bait disks and never had problems after that. I didn't like the office staff. They were rude and always barging in my apartment to show to perspective renters because it was nicer. I had a friend who lived next door to me and thought her apartment had poor lighting and smelled. One other thing is that I had a swamp cooler and it was so loud it was sometimes distracting when I wanted to study in the bedrooom. I will recommend this apartment due to the location and my experience. Others I know didn't have such a good experience.
