I lived there for about one and a half year. It is located very close to the campus and the area around is nice and pretty. The management is rude inefficient and uncooperative. The parking lot was like the surface of the moon. After a lot of complaints, it took them a year to start working on it. I did not have a roach problem but the a/c was leaking. The management said that it was normal. Heat insulation was pathetic.
