Avoid these people and these apartments.
One of the main reasons we are leaving this apartment is because of management. These guys are extremely unreasonable and very rude at times. Recently they have been charging people for gas (though the lease did not include such provision). The water temperature is always eratic, if you are not too careful you might burn yourself badly in the shower. They change the external building lights only when its near the new leasing period, till then they just ignore it. And yes the window AC sucks really big time. Not worth the money.
