I lived in this apartment for a year. But I spent half the time away from College Station as I fell sick due to the really deplorable conditions of these apartments. The apartment was infested with bed bugs which had actually grown immune to the pesticide and continued being there till we vacated. The bugs were supposed to be a problem throught out CS but I think we spent the most sleepless nights and suffered the most. The management is rude. Except for the closeness to the Engineering buildings it has nothing to offer. Everything is dirty and broken and the management refuses to change anything. There are far more better places to live. So please dont be taken in by the proximity to the campus.
