Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
1. Well the complex is very close to TAMU, this is an advantage
2. Maintenace is good
3. Hot water, sometimes it becomes cold (especially when you are having your morning bath)
4. Noise from other apartments can be huge, the complex management did not make any effort to stop the noise
5. Landary facilities are in complex, but they are dirty and some are malfunctioning some time
6. Complex mamagements are not professionals, they can trick you in the price... so take care. and the proces may vary too much!
7. complex is old and expensive
8. there is no cleaning to the common areas in the complex!
9. Overall... I am not happy being there
