This is the worst place to live! Believe me, if you stay in ground floor, it would be like sleeping on the road. The management acts to be very friendly, but in fact they are not, they act in a very superficial manner, and the maintenance staff messes up your place when you expect them to improve your place. Don't even think about the management to return your deposit, in my case it's gone for good, what all I was thinking was to get rid of the place.
