We lived here for two years, first in a 3 bedroom unit and then in a 2 bedroom unit. The rent is a little pricey, but in exchange you get a well maintained property despite its age (built in the 70?s I think..) Only 1 block to the TAMU bus stop. Much quieter than some other complexes in College Station, which resemble frat houses more than apartments. I would reccommend this complex to anyone wanting to move out of the dorms to a nice, quiet place that is still smack in the middle of College Station. Also a good place for families, as there are few large parties. There was a shortage of parking at times, but thats nothing if you live on-campus now!
