I HATE this place. It is a true nightmare!!!! I am not normally a negative person, but I can't wait for my lease to be up. I have lived in other apartments in College Station, but none ever this bad. First of all the safety of this place is horrible!!! My car and my roommate's car (twice) were both broken into in broad daylight. The office people did absolutely nothing about it. Another thing is the parking SUCKS!!! They assign one covered parking but no one uses there own because it is to far from there apartments, but if you use someone else's that is close to yours, your car gets towed. So everyone fights over the parking that is not covered which is very limited. It is also very poorly lighted. I am a girl and is not easily scared, but I am terrified to stay here!!! Also, the internet they provide sucks because it NEVER works. Twice police have arrested someone at apartments around us. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It is not cheap, safe, or nice looking so there is no reason to live here. The only thing that is good about this place is the maintenence. They keep the place as clean as it can look, and fix things fast and right. They are also friendly, I wish the could run the office.
