MANAGEMENT: I have lived in four apartments in B/CS and never had such a bad experience with the management. They leave VERY EARLY, so don't try to go into the office 15 minutes before closing time. They do not always leave notice when they come in your apartment.
NOISE: They did TONS of contruction starting at 7:45am, even on SATURDAYS. This lasted 2 weeks! We live not far from one of the pools and we can hear everything going on in the pool, especially when kids are playing, screaming, etc.
ELECTRIC BILL: I am gone and turn off the AC from 7:30am - 6:00pm, and do not turn it very low when it is on... our bill is $120 at least during the summer for electric. Not horribly expensive, but not cheap as one person suggested.
WIRELESS INTERNET: is extremely undependable, sometimes not working for several days in a row. The management will not do anything to help in this.
PESTS: They cut back (after we moved in) on how often they spray for bugs. At first, we had no problems, but then we started having lots of different bugs (even though we keep things very clean).
