PROS:
The place is really cheap. The layout is decently big, and if you live in a 2 bedroom with a studio, you can easily put someone in the studio and the rent is much cheaper. It is close to bee creek park and near bus routes.

CONS:
They claim to be pet friendly, but in all honesty, the demon of a woman who runs the place hates pets. Everyone around me has notices and warnings and reprimands and other beastly comments on a routine basis for various minor infractions. The head apartment manager is terribly rude, and if you're a student, expect to get treated like dirt. I heard a gunshot outside of my window the other night that rocked the apartment complex. The first week I moved in, the carpet was soaking wet from the crappy airconditioning that doesn't circulate through the whole house. THe back bedroom is always blistering hot. THe electricity bills are always around 150, mainly because the ac units are so terrible that you have to keep them running ALL the time to keep it a decent temperature and the appliances are all old pieces of crap. If you have dogs, expect all of the neighbors to be terrified of them, no matter what size or breed they may be. The carpets were disgusting from day one and no amount of steam cleaning will fix them (trust me, i've tried). Parking sucks, management sucks, the apartments suck, the appliances suck, the neighbors suck, safety sucks, the volleyball courts suck, a/c sucks, bills suck, internet is WORTHLESS. I cannot WAIT to get out of this hellhole. My last apartments (royal oaks gardens) were PERFECT. STAY AWAY FROM PARKWAY.
