The lighting is kind of poor at night, but overall, I feel very safe in the neighborhood. My roommate and I have a 2-2 that's cheaper than other 2-1's we looked at, and we really like the floorplan. This is a great price for what you get, and the people here are really friendly. It's close to campus and convenient for shopping. (And the parents love the rent. :-) I'll definitely be coming back!
