Good place, bad lighting, terrible manager's attitude

I had a pleasant experience, even though my apartment flooded once and on a winter break thieves broke in and stole my TV & VCR. There was a lady as manager back then, I was almost finishing school, so it really wasn't worth the hassle to move, but she was really rude. Amazing how a bad attitude remains through time, even more than the other pluses and cons. Hope she's no longer running the place. I did like the layout on the 2/1.5. Fair rent, small pool, close to everywhere in town.
