This is by far the best apartment complex I have lived in. They offer semester leases, which is why I moved in in the first place. The maintenance guys always come when something is needed and never come in without you asking or knowing that they're there. Since it's a little bit older place, the rooms are really big and there is TONS of closet space.

There are two bad things about it, though. The walls are very thin. Haven't had a problem until this year when two twit sophomores moved in next door and had all their freshmen buddies from the dorms come over and make noise all night. The other neighbors I have and have had are quiet and respectful. The other disadvantage is the parking. There is no assigned parking, so visitors can park wherever. The office management says there is plenty of parking, which is true, but in the buildings on the Stallings Street side there is only one entrance to the apartment. So if you have to park around back, that means you also have to walk all the way around the building to get to the front door.

Other than these two things, this place is great. I am renting a 2/1.5 by myself as a one bedroom (they have tons of these units) and am paying less than $500. Including cable and internet. They are very flexible on their pet policy and most residents have dogs or cats.
