Courtyard is the nicest apartment complex for the cheapest rent. You can't beat free cable, water, gas, sewerage, and high speed internet for 475 rent. The manager is super friendly and very accomidating to residences, too. When I was looking at the complex, there was one tenant that was military and was deployed that year. Instead of losing her apartment, the manger allowed her to keep it for a reduced rent while she was gone. That to me is awesome. When I moved into the 1/1 along with my fiance, everything was immaculate- new paint, carpet, and tile! I love our HUGE living room. Maintenance is quick and professional. Only one time we had to call maintance for a a leak in the bathroom. We called in the order and went out to eat. When we came back everything was fixed (and ,more importantly, stayed fixed). This is the best place in Aggieland to call home. I highly recommend it!

Cons: Walls are kind of thin. Noise in the stair wells can be a bit annoying, but again this IS an older complex. Not too bad.
