All in all I have been satisfied with Courtyard. I have lived here for about two years and there have been some good and some bad things. Rent has reasonable considering all utilities, cable, and high speed internet is included.
Pros:
Decent price
Management is pretty nice ?? let us switch apartments when I said that the one I was in was to noisy
They have been remodeling
Most units have washer dyer or connection
Cons-
No garbage disposal
They have been raising rent lately
The walls are pretty thin
