Bad new management

Courtyard Apartments used to be a good apartment complex. Aspen Square management recently took over and although they are renovating they are a pain to deal with. They raised the rent considerably without any particular reason and they are slow to answer maintance. I would not recommend this apartment with this management. The insulation between the apartment and the outside is horrible you can hear everything.
