I like living at Crossing Place. If it weren't for my getting married, I would live there the rest of the time I'm in school. Maintenance people are very good, the pool is nice, the hot tub is nice, and the apartments are decent as well. The furniture that it comes with is remarkable comfortable for apartment furniture, and the price is very good. My rent is $349 and it comes with T1 internet, cable, and the furniture.

The problems with Crossing Place are very few. A consistent one is after a decent rain, some parts of the complex is like a swamp. The area around the basketball court becomes completely flooded (the water drains back there) but it seems like the developers knew this would happen b/c the court is designed to whisk water away quickly. The only problem is that you might feel like you're playing on an island when surrounded by all that water. Parking can also be a problem, but in a party town like CS, where is parking NOT a problem'' The cable is really satellite TV with 5 different HBO channels and 3 ESPN channels. The only problem with that is during a good storm, the satellite goes out. The only other problems are that my roomate's door is upside down and our dishwasher is not secured.

Overall, the people that live here are cool, and the staff is very very friendly. I would recommend Crossing Place to anyone.
