A lot of room available for a real cheap price, but we had problems with the air conditioning and the tub above us leaked and the ceiling started to sag. They fixed the leak and just painted the water stain and did nothing about the sag. Awful wood paneling for walls, and they're painted which peels off really easy, and wipes off with a good rub and a wet cloth. The kitchen is tiny, but the bedroom is huge. There are two walk-in closets which allow for a lot of boxes/ storage. The laundry room is always full because half of the washers don't work right. (ex. one didn't spin, and a lot of the water temps. are backwards.) The parking is horrific, because many of the spaces are not long enough, and you don't always get a spot near your apartment which makes it hard when your taking in groceries, etc. Overall this place is a nuisance, but tolerable. The real kicker is that they planted silk flowers in the gardens so they always look "well kept." k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S

For space, I'd rather rent out a storage garage and live in it instead.
