I enjoyed the complex while I lived there. It was spacious and mantainence was fairly reliable, and the price was decent. However, the biggest problems I had with this apartment were with the management and paperwork. Once my roommates moved out, they not only forgot to either refund our deposit or supply a list of charges, but they also forgot I even lived there. When I moved to another apartment, Doux Chene, told the new apartment complex that I had never been a resident in there complex. I had to personally go to the office, with a copy of the final lease paper in my hand and wait 2 hours for the manager to acknowledge my presence before the issue was resolved.

I agree. Management is the main problem here. Not maintenance.
