I lived there twice. Can't complain about anything when comparing the rent to what you get. It is an older complex, but that is why the rent is a little cheaper. I had a smooth move-in. Had to move out early on them and they didn't hassle me about it. Of course I had to pay some fees for this. Tina was great! My neighbor was super nice. We got most of our deposit back. 2 thumbs up!

Not Good! I especially disagree about the Manager, who managed to STONEWALL one of my complaints against her.
