This is not a bad place to live as long as you don't want to live in comfort and in peace. I've had an on going bug problem and they do nothing about it i have the exterminator out all the time and still doesn't help. The office staff well the leasing agent that was there was great she would bend over back words to help you but, the manager is only there for the money she does not care about nobody but, herself and her family that she has up there doing work that comes out looking like crap. As for the maintance well there great if the owner would let them buy the things they need to fix the problem the first time they come out instead of having to come out 6 times for the same crap. You never know when there going to turn off the water they don't even let you know. It sucks to get up to go to work and you can't take a shower or even brush your teeth without going to the ice-box to get bottled water to use. I could go on for days but, i'm not going to ....there are so many places in town to live please choose wisly i've seen better living quarters at a truck stop.

I agree. There are way better places out there even if it's for a bit more.
