I did not like the attitude of the staff, I felt that they did everything they could do to find an excuse to hit renters with extra charges. I found that the rental contract was hopelessly misrepresented when I asked questions about it. The especially offensive quality of Doux Chene's Management Style is the shameless way they STONEWALL when you want to esculate a complaint to their top management. The place reeked of dog's muck. I would not wish this off on even my worst enemy.

I find the rating system defficient for AppartmentRatings.com. I really wanted to give thes people Zeroes, or even Negative Numbers as ratings. Frankly, I find the word "ABYSSMAL" as an overly generous rating to give them.

Caveat Emptor: Notice that Doux Chene has not recieved a single positive rating since September 2005 till now in AppartmentRatings.com, and with good reason.

My advice is to stay away from Doux Chene. All I got from them is WOE!

I agree with the "STONEWALL" comment greatly. Adrianne (the current property manager on site) had the nerve to sit in her office with her door open and have her secretary tell me that she cannot see me, when I can obviously see her since the door is wide open and she isn't doing jack crap but listening to me demanding to see her. All they do at that office is try to avoid any problems instead of fixing them. It's pathetic really.
