I have lived in this place for a few years, and I would not recommend this apartment to anyone. I have had a big water problem with this complex. They keep turning it off! They say they have leaks, and need to fix them, but they always cheaply patch it up and so the same thing happens again. I have had my water turned off four times in the last two weeks (so far). They don't even warn you. And its about to be winter, and this is when they turn it off the most.

Parking is really bad. People seem to not know how to park in these small spaces. Thin walls...i can hear my neighbors do anything and everything. I even heard her call in to work yesterday. I moved in an had holes in my bedroom doors...still there. Mold is growing on my carpet. Been having issues with my a/c at times, and they said they ordered my a new thermostat to fix whatever problem, but haven't got it yet. Cheap paint on counters, and cheap plastic in tubs...if someone actually cleans it on a regular basis it takes off paint. some area floods pretty quickly.

Maintenance is pretty much the only good thing here. They get to the problem, but can only do what management lets them. Management seems disorganized many times. Sometimes you get attitude, or sometime they hang up on a complaint. There have been SEVERAL times when I would receive stuff in the mail, but they did not call me like they used to when I first moved in. I would have to find out from my shipments tracking info. And one time I had an emergency where I thought the apartment would catch fire, but it was after hours and they didn't answer their line, so I had to call they fire department and they had to get a hold of the apartment manager.

Haven't had a problem with theft, but the parking lot can be dark sometimes. Dips in the parking lot are bad. You can smell what the neighbors are cooking or smoking. The free internet is slow or does not work at all. When I used to wash my laundry at thier facility, the machines, if they were ever available, hardly worked and bras got stolen. The only way to get money back is to call a number and complain to an automated hotline. This apartment complex has a good way of portraying that they are better than what they really are. Just don't get fooled.

OMG you are soooooo very right!!!! I can go on & on for hours. Have dealt with much the same & more for nearly 2 yrs. Hope you got out. We soon will.
