I have lived here going on my third year. I like where i live It's in a great location next to Wolf Pen Park and amphitheater. I don't really have much to say It's not bad for the price. In all the time i've been here last night was the only time something bad really happened I had my tub faucet start leaking and it got my hall all wet but the maintenance came out with in 5 min and turned off the water and fixed the problem the carpet people came this morning to remove all the water that had leaked in the carpet. I'm glad to know that they were so quick in getting there to repair it other wise the water could have really done some damage. I only ended up getting in the dining room and bathroom tile and some of the carpet in the hall. Nothing was damaged. I like to get up and go walking in the park each morning and i like that it is so close to the free way and A&M bus stops. Nice new fitness equipment and basket ball court. I'm sure glad you were happy with your responce.....Because I was not....I have lived in Eastmark for 8years and I've seen it all..I really liked it at first them the constant turn over in management..I have had a leak over the bathtub for almost 2years have they repaired it no...On October 14,2009 I come home to a flooded apartment..I'm a professional photographer and a lot of my stuff was loss all Eastmark responce was we are getting the water out..The manager never came to my apartment to access the damages...I felt as if no one in the main office cared...Would I recommend this place"NO".. from your comment and since i've been living here for 8years there has always been a water problem....Drive around the complex you will see signs of water damage...
