We rent a fourplex from them, and it is very nice, spacious, and reasonably priced. We have thouroghly enjoyed living here. The only complaints that we have is the maintenance. The owner bought new european washer/dryer combos for the two buildings right before we moved in, and it didn't get installed for THREE months. We called like 80 times. It just sat in the middle of the dining room. Then about two months ago we started having drainage problems. The kitchen sink, dishwasher, washing machine, and bathtub all stopped draining or were VERY slow, and the garbage disposal quit. When maintenance showed up like a week or two later, they ran to the kitchen, fiddled with the disposal and left. Needless to say we still have the drainage problem. Not only that, but they had the audacity to send us a bill for 25 bucks to fix the disposal. IT WASN"T even the problem. Other than that it has been a very pleasant experience. We haven't moved yet, so I don't know if they will rip us on the deposit yet or not.
