Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
I took very good care of their property. I told them not to pay for lawn service, that I would take care of it. I landscaped the duplex, built fences, and seeded the yard so there would be grass. I turned that property around. It looked so nice, that I rented the property before she ever spoke to finders keepers.
In return they kept 85% of all of my deposites and treated me like a terrible tenant. I paid my rent by the 25th of each month. No late fees, no NSF. No pet stains, etc.
Do not let them rip you off like they did me!!!
