Simply put, they lured me in to renting a fourplex from them for $500/mo with a summer, that is June and July, rate of $250/mo. I thought this was exceptional and signed right away. Now that it is June however, they have changed their mind and decided to keep the rent at $500/mo. This is after I CLEARY remember asking atleast 2 people about the summer rent. Apparently the leasing agent used a false claim of lower summer rent to get us to sign. Bait and switch.


My first mistake was ever renting from them in the first place. The ceiling in my bathroom is falling down. The tiles in the bathtub are fallign off the wall. The soapholder decided to commit suicide and also fell off the wall injuring my brothers foot. The fridge is rusted beyond belief, leaks constantly, and is pathetically small. I had to buy a mini fridge to keep milk and stuff cool. The A/C is JUST NOW fixed as of June 8th. This is after it had frozen over a few times from a freon leak in the evaporator. Our bar fell off. The carpet has gaps all around it where it meets the wall.

THE WINDOWS! The windows are single pane and have been repaired too many times prior to me moving in. Whoever repairs them uses clea silicone caulk so they are nice and crappy looking. And they still leak when it rains.

My second mistake was trusting them in the first place and not forcing them to put every detail in writing.

The owner, Anne, is an arrogant self-righteous idiot that will not, under any circumstances, listen to anyone's side of any argument. All I can say about her is:

Never wrestle with pigs, you can't win and the pig enjoys it.

DO NOT MOVE IN TO ANY PROPERTY MANAGED BY THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU HAVE ABSOLUTLY EVERY SMALL DETAIL WORKD OUT IN TRIPLICATE.

THEY WILL TRY TO SCAM YOU.
