My two roommates and I moved into this house with 2 large living rooms, a huge garage, good sized rooms... a great place for $900/month. When we called out maintenance, even the little stuff was done within 2 days. I'm moving out this weekend because my roommates have graduated and I can't afford the rent alone, but if I had two other people who could move in, I'd stay til I graduate. I'd rent from them again for sure.
