Me and my wife have lived here with them for 2 years, simply because of rent and location, well actually location, the rent I can find elsewhere, but everything is falling apart, In the resigning of our lease I put in there that they would need to rebuild my fence for us to resign, well nothing happend that was 6 months ago, AMy the head of maitenance probably have never even change a light bulb in her life, what a joke, when I asked for all the copies of emails I sent as maitenance request in the past they "conveniently" never recieved any...hmmm. They suck they suck they suck they suck. Take it from someone whos mommy and daddy doesnt pay their bills, these people would be awsome if it wasnt for their entire maitenance staff from manager (and I put that loosely as I am sure she is) to the techs are a complete joke . I was a head of maintenance before I had my own company and the crap they pull should never fly, do lots of documentation LOTS. AMY YOU SUCK!
