I've lived in the Gables for two semesters, and the only problem I had was with my neighbor, who recently got evicted for violating noise pollution laws. :o) But otherwise, the staff is GREAT! They are very friendly and always have a smile on their faces. Maintenance is quick to respond and they do a good job with whatever you ask them to fix. Overall, I think this is one of the friendliest places to live in B/CS.
