I lived here for year and I never had any real big problems. I lived in an efficiency downstairs and never felt like I was fine. I met really nice people around me and the office staff was friendly with me. I was always able to come in and chat with them. The maint. staff took care of any little problem that I had. The location is great. It is really close to a lot of stores and campus. I enjoyed it while I was here!
