I have been here for two years, always paid on time. No problems at all with the complex. I asked for an extension since I am moving out and they did not let me. They claim that they will not have any person moving in when I am gone. Maintenance is fast, dog ---- everywhere. They installed automatic lights on the balcony and on the entry door. They are supposed to turn on at night anf off during the day. That does not happen. They are always on, guess who pays for that electricity' YOU..... Visitors are supposed to park outside, you pay 20$ for a sticker that is never checked. Very small laundry site, 8 washer and 4 dryers and there is always 1 broken. You have to wait to wash clothes.
