Me and my wife had a year lease. We enjoyed the first semester better. Our neighbors were quiet, but then new neighbors came, and we could hear every step they made (we live on the 1st floor). Parking is okay but on the weekends everybody seems to park. They say you need a parking pass, but nobody has one. The laundry faciity gets crowded and only two of the four dryers work (middle two). It is close to campus. The floor plan we had was the two bedroom, one bath and it was crowded. Baely had room for furniture. The neighbors are pretty quite, except at aroung 2:30-3am when everyone is getting back from the bars.

The complex itself is out of date, in badly need of repairs and upgrades. Our carpet had stains everywhere, cabinets and doors barely holding together. Our dishwasher could not be used because it would stink up the apartment. Walls had all kinds of patches made from previous repairs.

Maintenence was good about answering problems. I would recommend this place, becuase it was calm and nice. But there are a lot better places out there for the price and amenities.

We are leaving looking for a fitness center, and washer and dryer.
