I have a second floor apartment and find it to be extremely quiet. I never hear my neighbors through the walls. There is a comparatively large kitchen and the high ceilings make the apartments feel spatious. The closets are huge. The office staff is friendly and helpful. While the maintenance staff is also great, if your apartment just needs minor repairs give it a few weeks to get fixed. They are always prompt with major fixes (which has only happened once for me.)

The A&M bus route is less than half a block away and extremely convenient. You can be on campus in less than 10 minutes.

There is a laundry facility on the premises, but you have to time it right because it is always busy on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and the weekend. There are fewer dryers than washers and 1 or 2 are always out of commission.

The residents tend to be grad students, workingclass couples, or upperclassmen, so it's a quiet place to live. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
