Sure, why not...

You know, many people find these review sites to rip up their complex for whatever individual problems they have had.
I could give this place a terrible rating as I have had my own problems and annoyances with this property. A majority was caused by the residents. I do not enjoy hearing tejano at 3am, nor do I enjoy walking my dog past units where the tenants pile their trash and broken electronics out on their open patio.
New parking restrictions are a hassle and the tow truck companies drive their noisy diesel trucks throughout the complex a couple of times a night. I got to play "Fish your clothes out of the non-draining washing machine" a couple of times followed by the oh-so-fun "It's 30 minutes until class starts and none of your clothes dried in the drier." So yes, the laundry room is unreliable.
I've had issues with maintenance, issues with bugs, issues with plumbing...
But in reality, the place isn't bad. At the end of a long day, I always found my apartment relaxing. You could often find me on my balcony, enjoying the shade and reading for classes. I was friendly to my neighbors, and they were friendly back. I was content.
What I'm trying to say is take the extreme reviews with a grain of salt. I'm currently looking for apartments in another city and have only been reading the horror stories of other residents. If this is the price range you are looking for, give this place a chance.
