I have lived at Brazos House for going on two years now. The place is a great value, you are close enough to campus for comfort but far enough away to still have peace and quiet. The management is great and they take care of maintenance issues right away. Upon renewing I was offered a great special. The apartments are spacious and are in good shape. It is an older complex but they keep it looking good.

I recommend it!
