Jamespoint manages crap! They just bought a really nice property but give them a few years and it will be a dump. They don't maintain anything! If you want service look else where.

i agree..i lived at brazos point and it was terrible after i moved out..they charged me for new carpet in my apartment because they said i had a pet that i never had..and i think the pictures of the carpet damage they reported came from another apartment
