I have lived at 3 Jamespoint properties over my years here. No major issues at any of them, in fact, the last property they took over while I was there and have started paying for the water for the residents as well as added extended cable TV at no additional charge. They are in the process of adding high speed internet and they have also fixed the pool and exercise room equipment that had been broken for months under the previous owners. Like I said, a big thumbs up!
