Sausalito apartment complex is falling apart. Pieces of the roof and siding are falling off, light fixtures, and various other parts of the buildings. The manager of this complex is very rude, unhelpful, will do what it takes to make sure she gets her way. Poorly run and maintained apartment complex. Not worth the money! A couple of positives, it is located close to Texas A&M campus and the maintenance people were great.
